We guarantee a full refund of your stay in the following cases caused by Covid-19 :

• The campsite is closed for reasons related to Covid-19.
• The customer cannot travel for issues of containment, border closures and / or mileage limit related to Covid-19.

To obtain a refund if your personal condition prevents you from enjoying your stay (including if one of the participants in the stay is affected by Covid-19), we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
